Biography:
Jordan was our first legitimate rescue and one of my favorite wolves here. He was so weak and starved when he got here that he spent a week in bed with John, who was recovering from a surgical procedure. Jordan also had a bullet in his right leg and arthritis in his right knee. Like Moon, he was so skinny that his hip bones protrude from the rear like broom sticks. He has gained about 40 lbs and is living a wonderful happy life now. He and the other five in his pack are in a 1.5 acre enclosure and they run around on every square foot of it. Unfortunately though, Jordan’s past abuse has left him extremely skeptical of people. Debra and John are the only ones who can touch him, and boy can they touch him. They can hug him and kiss him on the mouth and he just melts in their loving arms; he looks like he’s so appreciative of them and his affection for them is apparent. One thing you’ll never miss on Jordan is his extremely yellow, piercing eyes. They're just mesmerizing!
